Within the framework of the European University Alliance “EPICUR”, the EPICUR Centre for International Teaching & Learning (EPiC TLC) – equivalent to the Teaching and Learning Support Centre (TLC) of AUTH – was created to support interactive teaching and learning in Higher Education, with emphasis on innovation, international cooperation, interculturalism and inclusion.
Who it is aimed at
EPiC TLC is addressed to the teaching staff of the nine universities of the EPICUR Alliance.
What EPiC TLC offers
Within the digital platform of the EPICUR Centre for International Teaching & Learning you can find useful material such as:
- Open Educational Resources, open educational resources for teaching and learning (EPICURean Teaching and Learning section).
- Guidance on how to optimize teaching methods and teaching skills through specific training and workshops (EPIC Teaching Development module).
- Repository of Didactic and Pedagogic Resources, where you can share educational and research materials (EPICURean Teaching and Learning module),
- Collaborative Teaching Spaces, collaborative spaces for sharing educational and teaching materials or organizing co-teaching with colleagues from other Alliance universities (Community of Practice section).
The EPiC TLC also offers opportunities for participation:
- Special Interest Groups – SIGs to connect, communicate and network with colleagues for the purpose of future research or teaching collaborations with partner Universities and opportunities for mobility and/or exchange of best practice, views and experiences (Community of Practice module); and
- online community events (Community of Practice section).
It is a very useful website created for the use of the members of the alliance and for this reason we invite you to browse the digital environment of EPiC TLC, to get to know the possibilities it offers and to contribute to its further enrichment.
